NSA has been created to enable small and medium law firms to work more closely together by cooperating more in the transfer process and to communicate effectively with their clients, estate agents and property professionals other.

Nationwide Solicitors Alliance will also provide support to small and medium law firms to help them maximize efficiency and above all put the needs of their customers at the point of buying a home.

NSA encourages the public to exercise their lawyers at the beginning of the sales process so that all legal problems, whether defects in title, or changes without planning permission, can be ironed out before a buyer is found.

It will not cost the seller any more than it would otherwise, but it could help avoid delays later, when time is of the essence.

Following their presentation to Congress on Conveyancing Administration in September 2008, 25, co-founders of the NSA Steve Battarbee and Tracy Thompson will hold a series of regional presentations in England and Wales from the Walker Stadium in Leicester October 16, 2008.

Tracy and Steve will be supported by events first sponsors of Title Insurance and Law Centre Training (CLT) Ltd.

NSA is developing a nationwide network of local groups of law firms have all adopted methods of work which, through cooperation and local agreements, to accelerate the transfer process. NSA also encourages its members to constantly strive to improve their services and their communication with their clients and other professionals involved in the buying process.
