Wills And Trusts

Wills And TrustsHow to set up wills or trusts, while living in 2 different states?

My wife's parents now live in Michigan 6 months of the year and Arizona the other 6 months. They have their wills / trusts or whatever already established their home in Michigan, but I want to create something for their "vacation" home in Arizona. I think they have to do that separately because the laws are specific to the state the property is located in.

They have 3 son and want to have things in order. They know they will probably sit down with a lawyer, but has anyone input on this?

they should contact an attorney in both states BC They have different ways in all States it should be written by a lawyer, but in some states of the family can no longer ride the will or the States can take their property if it is not put in a will or if they owe money and who is never named in the will of the inheritance will be responsible for bills and debts, so just to be on the right side of contact a lawyer for the two states
