I used demos and NaviPlan, MasterPlan, Moneytree, the financial profiles and some other retirement planning software, they each have their strengths and weaknesses. Some actually do the analysis and income tax cash flows year by year, some are just based on objective and not really appropriate for planning costs only. And all will cost more than $ 299 and require annual renewals. You can find more information on the AICPA or FPA sites
