Student Loan Limits

So I'm close to maxing my student loan limit, and I'm in an undergraduate program which is 18 long months. The annual limit, they allow me my junior and senior years is just enough to cover me for the fall and spring .. What should I do to be covered by the following two summers while I am going to school and an internship will not allow me to work to earn a portion of my tuition?
