Small Business Financial Solution

Small Business Financial Solutionsuggestions for software to help manage my small business?

I am a virtual assistant and I'm looking for the best software to meet all my needs (preferably all in one).

What I really seeks a number of things. Firstly, I want something where I can add all my projects on schedule (Form I subcontract a couple of different sources, it would be useful to differentiate these sources, at first sight, color perhaps?) , follow Start date, completion date and due date of actual completion, and the dates that I offer this to potential customers of space to make the information on offer in.

I would also be able to store customer data (address, work history, etc.) within this program.

And what would be the icing on the cake if I could take this information directly and create invoices (that would be too much to ask to have the info to keep track of my financial records).

Well, actually, the icing would be if the software was a time-tracker tool that would actually monitoring how long I spent on a certain software.

I know that these features are available in an infinite number of combinations by themselves, but all the features that I could ride in one package, the better. LOL, I know I'm rambling at this point, but I'm looking for good ideas here, what do you use?

I am familiar with a variety of software, but I want your opinion on what is best for small businesses.

ACT I considered, but it really lacks the financial I want. I want to be able to keep track of customer correspondence and the work performed. Would you advice BQ with Client Manager?

Of course, freeware would be great, but if I could find the perfect software solution, I would certainly be open to pay, lol.

I hear all your suggestions and your experiences, what do you use?
