Renters Insurance

Renters InsuranceTenants Insurance?

Insurance for tenants of an apartment quoted 150.00 dollars per year with a deductible of $ 500.00 reasonable. These include theft, fire, hail and wind damage, liability and damage of flooding. All advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Surprisingly cheap. check and make sure you deal with a reputable company.

It is an appropriate price for the tenant's insurance. You might find something a little cheaper, but not much less.

very good deal and the best return on investment.

Yes, it's a much better rate than I had as a tenant, I paid about 180 per month for similar coverage and got the best deal of all my neighbors!

Very reasonable.

You need to have a tenant insurance to protect your property. get it as soon as you can.

Is reasonable. One of the apartments in my complex had a fire and you would not believe how many people have lost everything. Even those whose apartment had not actually burned were destroyed by smoke and water damage. $ 150.00 per year is nothing compared to what you have to lose.

Sounds pretty reasonable to me. Last year, I had an annual premium of $ 350, but we have a lot of things (family of three) and additional riders jewelry.

The premium is reasonable, taking a life lesson and read the policy and guarantees before proceeding with the purchase. There are things to watch: http://www.insuranceyak.com/renters-insu ...

I have not seen the cover loss of use listed above, make sure you get your stuff and also provide replacement cost.

Note also the level of service you receive from the officer that you buy from, which is usually a good indicator of the level of service you will receive when you really need them. Good luck.

I work for an insurance company and yes it is a very reasonable price. Make sure that if you have big ticket items to add them as a rider on your insurance (ie jewelry, coin collections, antiques, etc.)
Get insurance. If something happens, it will protect you.
