Perkins Student Loan

I requested assistance, contacted my school of choice. I was told it would take several days for my scholarships to be available online. Will I then be able to apply for student loans by the school office for financial assistance? I think my FAFSA said I was eligible for loans but not sure how to do it. Or should I go to a bank? You do not know how the loan process for students. Thank you!

Our school has an order Master Note that you can complete your online after awards on the line. This goes to the lender of their choice.
You can go to the lender (bank, credit union or loan) of your choice for a loan if you wish. Rates are regulated by the government, but some charge "initiation" fees which can vary considerably. Either can lead you through the process.

My personal experience with the lender of choice is MY school seems to make everything more complicated if you do not use the lender they want you. However, I am ready to do it the hard way, if I can choose my lender. This is just one aspect of my life unless the school can not control.
