Nil Rate Band Trust

Unfortunately I can not answer your question, in the same boat. Lawyers who have organized my confidence has taken over a year to complete and have only just sent me a copy of documents several weeks later, I asked for them. They told me that I must hold an annual meeting of the directors (me and my two daughters), a record, to assess the financial situation and make a return. They say that these requirements have been explained to me before, but I'm sure they never. They propose to carry out the necessary procedures in our name every year for £ 250 + VAT! How can they do that, I can not imagine because they are 120 miles.

NRB trusts have just been rendered obsolete by the cost of inheritance tax announced this week - in fact, those with NRB Trusts may actually be worse ....
