Well, I do not know your situation boyfirend (hope it works for the better), but I think New York is one of the largest landfills in the country. Its dark and rainy, rundown Smells bad eyes, everyone is covered with pancake story building gazillion high, it costs a ridiculous amount of money to own anything and I see some positive points for their living. (The Subways are disgusting, I have seen 32 corpses of rats at a station.)

But the rest of New York is very pleasant, especially Utica (I hope you move there or elsewhere upstate)
