| MarketplaceNew Hampshire Scholarships charge of possession of marijuana in New Hampshire? Good morning. I recently was charged with possession of marijuana / accessories in New Hampshire. My friends and I are all 18 years, and we were pulled over for speeding as we drove to Montreal, Rhode Island. The cops noticed movement in the car we came to a stop and asked to search the vehicle, where they found a bag of weed (2-3g), a pipe (with resolution), a grinder with bad herbs in it, and a vile of kif. This is our first offense, and while the officers were told that we would probably get a fine of approximately 350, we examined the maximum penalty that is 1 year imprisonment and a fine of $ 100 and we are all worried that our scholarships will jeaproadized or we bring our colleges. The hearing date is set for this fall. What will happen to us. -Thanks I'm not sure how your state is hard ---- I think for a first offense will be offered parole ---- which means it will disappear from your record if you just stay outta for a set amount of time --- typically one year for that amount of weeds, they should be ashamed of themselves for not keeping it and let you have --- you have to be careful in the future - some states will draw a permit if the driver is convicted of a drug charge ... If you can not consult a lawyer --- go to this place where the court is required - and you can watch and get an idea of how they handle this kind of thing. If I were a judge, I would say just dump Conditonal --- outa stay for 6 months to return, and its deletion - I certainly wouldnt want to empty a future of young children in the toilet forthe amount of weeds and some work. .. Please do not screw again or you will really be in the soup ... Nobody knows the future, then this issue is moot. You have now learned how to avoid this property, huh?
Did you vote for Nobama? Ask him why he did not make it legal? Most police officers would be embarrassed to stop someone with less than an ounce. If you go to jail for 2 or 3 grams of pot, I never go to New Hampshire. Get a lawyer as soon as possible. LEGALIZE WEED da! Posted on January 28, 2010.
