These new ATMs in the NCR which allows you to deposit cash without using an envelope and / or a check? can it be a paycheck? And if so will funds be willing to withdraw this very moment?
The rules are the same, regardless if you are using an old ATM, ATM news, or go to the teller.
Generally, you get $ 100 or the amount of the check, which is less and less available immediately. The rest depends on the type of controls and the location of the bank on which the check is written.

I doubt that the Bank has changed its policy regarding the availability of funds. Something about how the "Check 21" law allows them to take money out of your account was very fast, but they did nothing to expedite getting the money credited to your account!
