Whenever I am at war with someone I recruited many men, because I do not want to take my territories. Since I have a lot of men i waste a lot of money. I try to give trade with other nations, and they will not accept. I do not know any ways to get the money well and I can not remove the units, because I need them to defend my territory.

1. Upgrade all your buildings in cities that provide economic wealth.
2. Update all buildings in your cities that increase wealth.
3. research technicians that increase wealth or research technicians that buildings upgrade you provide with more wealth.
4. Upgrading of schools that help you search for these technicians. Also place more men in these schools to accelerate research.
5. * IMPORTANT * Dissolve soldiers you're not attacking with. You have to build armies that will invade, not put up the men inside the cities. If you do not want the enemy to take, then you must attack them, do not make your garrisons. The best way to save money.
6. Raise your taxes to both the middle and upper class.
7. Remove some buildings and turning them into economic buildings. For example, burn your warship shipyards and build trade ports instead.
8. Fire ministers who bring negative effects on your assets, and hire a minister to help give bonuses on the growth of your wealth.
9. Update your roads because they also provide additional wealth.
10. If you have a good Marine, trying to control the trade in theaters around the world and make commercial vessels to those theaters and strong backup. If you're desperate, you can also pirate trade routes belonging to other nations, but which will lead to another war it will be risky.

Another good idea is to beat the non-European nations, because they have no allies to support them. This will broaden and you'll be surprised how many Native American lands there that have not been taken by other Europeans too, so try to fill them because they will provide perfect business resources required by the public as public spices and furs, which will help you generate wealth. Other then the Indians, you can also attack other pirates and Barbary States or you can also invade the Indian subcontinent.
