Last Will Forms

Last Will FormsMy wife has several new forms W-2 with two last names, will this matter?

I got married in the middle of 2008 and my wife took my surname. She worked several jobs last year and its W-2 forms will be split between her maiden name and her new surname.

How will this affect our taxes?

Generally, this is not a problem too. The IRS understands this situation, as often happens.

The real problem may be that his social security card says to his driver's license or tax returns.

You say she has taken your name. If it has changed social security card to show her married name, so that's what it will use the tax return as well.

At most, from what I can tell, it could have an impact on your tax return as your tax professional can offer this year announced his daughter and wife names. (Especially if your wife does not change his social security card in her married name).
