Last Will And Testament Examples

Last Will And Testament ExamplesDo I need to get hold of a notary for a will, or can I have two witnesses?

I live in Ohio. Was it just curious if I could download a form and my neighbors, for example sign as witnesses. Hoping I do not need a notary or a lawyer ..

You can probably find a notary at your bank for free. Ive done. In my state, wills must be registered at the courthouse. Being as a will is so important, Id present the signatures notarized, just in case.

You could call around some banks will not legalize a will. As far as I know not if you go to your website Secretary of State it is they who certify notaries and have a list. Yes, it is better to have it authenticated by a notary. You can find them in paper mills, UPS or Fed EX, some supermarkets and credit unions and real estate and tax services.
