I want a merchant account for use on eBay instead of PayPal? I am a merchant account to use while selling on eBay instead of paypal beast that keeps equity funds and investigate everything.
But the merchant account should have the following conditions:
1. Support to international users as anyone can own this merchant account from any country.
2. Instant activation, if possible, if not 24 hours
3. free or paid does not matter but if paid the fee is not high.
4. reliable
anyone please share everyone you know, as I googled a lot of them and they mostly do not support international sales.
If you feel that Paypal is bad, wait until you have a merchant account. You are more likely to hit with chargebacks - any disputed charges will be billed and you will have to prove the transaction is valid.
You'll also have to sign a multi-year contract and pay monthly fees quite salty, in addition to the percentage of each transaction. If selling on ebay is your only use for a merchant account, it will really be using expensive. You must have a high volume of transactions just for a monthly fee does not eat all your profits.
