Green Stocks

I know very little about investing, but I have a good feeling that investing in green companies. I can not help but think that wind energy will be the next Micosoft. I want to get their hands on the ground floor or at least the 2nd or 3rd floor. There are wind farms poping up everywhere. Can anyone direct me to the listed companies of 'em? I really need here people who have some knowledge about it.

PowerShares WilderHill Clean Energy (PBW), an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) that invests at least 80% in companies active in the field of promoting clean energy and green.

It should read the clean money by John Rubino. This book lists all related companies and green stocks.

Many solar companies have been booming lately .... probably a better bet than the wind.
