Forced Heirship

I have 2 daughters and her husband dead before the age of 18. He left a will, but they are now 50% of the take if the house is sold or is it 25% with a will? One of my daughters wants to sell me the house for her to get her off but I need a place to myself and live accounts have to be repaid. I hate these laws.
