What are the courses I could take night school to help me get hired as a firefighter and other fire related to it??

EMT course is an excellent idea, you can also call your local college and see what courses they would recommend the course list of public safety.

Other than fire related courses? Get your EMT certification for sure. Also look to see how long it would take to get any kind of degree. It is an additional percentage of salary in my department.

Take classes EMS, most firefighters must be parametics now. Most community colleges offer these courses at night, its best market, and the courses I took, we have to ride alongs at a firehouse to work 8 hours if we wanted.
