Can I still receieve grants financial aid if I get a student loan?

A few have already received financial aid, but I have a semester which is like 4,000. Im moving to my apartment bc my job does not pay enough and i cannot afford more profound im 4000 with the bills. I wanted to apply for a student loan to pay for certain things, but I need subsidies. Will I still be able to receive the FWA?
