Financial Advisor Resume

wondering how I can improve my CV I now. I have a BA. So far, my CV was 1.5 pages with three work experiences. Is that too long? How can I improve it. What he said to my next employer to see? and understand what they want?

Im trying to find a job as a financial advisor ..
My work experience includes:
Restaurant Management
-Personal Banker
-Workshops as financial analyst.
