Grant Programs
If you are interested in cosmetology as a career in racing, you may want to consider applying to the American Cosmetology Education Grant, funded by the American Association of Cosmetology Schools and their sponsors. Looking for a school you want to attend and apply through them. Depending on your interview and application process and program costs and your financial situation, you may or may not be eligible for grant money. In addition, many programs of cosmetology are recorded, which means that you may have to wait some time especially if you want to subsidize.

Sorry Russ S, you feel education funding is a waste. Education is education. And the government is not the only one that gives grants. The reason you do not get subsidies for your accountant, because you do not know where to look, you're closed-minded. There are grants for all areas. Report Abuse

Dang, there is a grant from the U.S. cosmetics, what a waste of taxpayers' money. I can not even get a grant for my accountant. Anyway, the awards are a shovel, but you probably will not get much because of cosmetology is a grade 2 or younger.

Check with the school you plan to attend the schools of cosmetology many participate in Title IV federal funds. You must file a FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov and you might be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant, other federal departments and / or state grants and federal Stafford loans. Good luck!
