Cheap Student Loans

I am a mature student access to nursing continuing education is still ask to go to university (September '07) and want to know if there is an addional funding I can receive - all this seems to be for students in higher education - except that there are cheap loans, etc. I can get before September. I will not be eligible for a government student loan that my course will exchange not tested
