We need to relieve the burden of paperwork for our staff of nutrition in social outreach kitchens. They have many forms for manual inventory. Need a program that wil allow the monitoring of inventory for verification is simple and precise. It must be cheap or free because of limited funding. Ideas? An Excel spreadsheet would be your best bet, as long as someone can stay with her. It has functions to do simple math, as a total or percentages.
