Alabama Wills

Alabama WillsAre you doing wills legal in the State of Alabama?

I found a site where I can write my own will. Is it legal in the state of Alabama? How can we take to court?

It seems that a well known and will be notarized, but check with the clerk of approval to be sure. The chances of holding up depend on how your assets are worth and how your estate litigation, if in doubt, do have an atty.

You must give us the site. Some computers and Internet based wills are just as valid as any written by a lawyer.

However, the greatest griefs are made in wills that are written poorly. Either by lawyers or programs. Most textbooks in this area of law are very thick, and the only thing they contain are fighting on the poorly written documents.

** Note: This is a general discussion on the topic of your question and not legal advice. Local laws or your particular situation may change the general rules. For a precise answer to your question, you should consult a lawyer with whom you can discuss all the facts of your case. Answering this question does not mean an attorney-client relationship. **
